Overview

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how purchases are handled by Maple Labs. All products are supplied solely for laboratory, in-vitro, and educational research use by qualified professionals aged 21 or older. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and strict chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once payment is submitted, the order is considered final. Maple Labs does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • customer error or incorrect address,
  • change of mind after purchase,
  • lost, delayed, or stolen packages,
  • temperature-related degradation,
  • carrier issues or transit delays,
  • improper storage after delivery.

This final-sale policy is required to maintain product integrity, prevent tampering, and preserve research-grade chain of custody.

2. Cryptocurrency Payments Are Non-Refundable

Maple Labs accepts payment exclusively through DePay cryptocurrency payments. All crypto payments are irreversible, non-disputable, and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.

  • Network fees, rate changes, and delays are outside Maple Labs’ control.
  • Chargebacks are not possible on blockchain transactions.
  • Submitting payment confirms your acceptance of a final sale.

Orders begin fulfillment immediately after payment confirmation and cannot be modified.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

To ensure safety and contamination control, Maple Labs cannot accept returns of research materials for any reason. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned, reused, or resold.

4. Shipping Issues & Responsibility

When a package is transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss shift to the customer. Maple Labs is not responsible for carrier-related issues, including:

  • lost or stolen packages,
  • misdelivery after a “Delivered” scan,
  • delays due to weather or carrier volume,
  • damage in transit unless insurance was added.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting payment.

5. Optional Shipping Insurance

Insurance must be added during checkout to qualify for coverage of loss or damage in transit. If insurance is not purchased before shipment, Maple Labs is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.

  • Insurance claims require proper documentation (photos, carrier confirmation).
  • Approval or denial of claims is determined by the insurer, not Maple Labs.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, contact support@elevatedcompound.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • order number and batch code,
  • clear photos of the packaging and contents,
  • a brief description of the issue.

If verified, Maple Labs may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Cash or crypto refunds are not offered.

7. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages are not eligible for refunds or free reshipments. If the parcel is returned to Maple Labs, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.

8. Research-Use Only Acceptance

By purchasing from Maple Labs, you agree that all materials are for research use only and that you are solely responsible for proper storage, handling, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
