If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Research-Use Restriction (Strictly Non-Human Use)

All products sold by Maple Labs are intended solely for laboratory, in-vitro, and educational research use. Products are not for human or animal consumption, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use. By placing an order, you certify that you:

  • are 21 years of age or older,
  • are a qualified or authorized research professional, and
  • understand and will comply with all applicable laws and laboratory safety standards.

Maple Labs is not responsible for misuse, misapplication, or improper handling of any product.

3. Account Registration

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Maple Labs is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

4. Payment Terms (Crypto Only)

Maple Labs accepts cryptocurrency payments exclusively through DePay. All payments are final, non-refundable, and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

  • Blockchain confirmations determine payment completion.
  • Network fees, token conversions, and delays are outside Maple Labs’ control.
  • Chargebacks are not possible on cryptocurrency transactions.

Your order enters fulfillment immediately after payment confirmation and cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Insurance

Orders are shipped within the United States only. Once an order is handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. Maple Labs is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties.

  • Shipping address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Carrier “Delivered” scans constitute delivery.
  • Theft, loss, or damage after delivery is not the responsibility of Maple Labs.
  • Optional shipping insurance must be purchased at checkout to qualify for coverage.

6. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, Maple Labs does not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. This applies regardless of payment method, order status, transit issues, or customer error.
